Our beginner, intermediate and advanced aerial fitness classes are perfect for those who are new to aerial workouts or want to build on their skills. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the basics of aerial fitness, including moves such as star rolls on aerial silks and amazon on aerial hoops. These classes are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

Beginner Pilates
Our beginner Pilates classes are perfect for those who are new to Pilates or are looking to improve their form. These classes are designed to help you build core strength, improve your posture, and increase your flexibility.
